Well it all started when a usual oil change showed a chunk of metal on the sump magnet and the old oil looking like glitter! THIS wasnt good signs

Only one option, a full strip, but not what you would expect on a 2 1/2 year old bike!!!

Engine was removed and completely stripped and everything examined as we went. Eventually found the primary shaft bearing had completely collapsed due to a combination of poor quality bearing and previous owner over tightening the chain!

Every bearing was changed with quality SKF ones so I knew it was all good.

Engine back in and all good from now on!
